Booking & Cancellation Policy

We really didn’t want to have to introduce this, but unfortunately it has become necessary. We have a booking policy in place for a reason. When booking online, clients accept our terms & conditions, including our cancellation and no-show policy.

We are experiencing an increasing number of no-shows and late cancellations where, when we attempt to process the agreed fee, there are insufficient funds on the card provided. We are a small business. A missed appointment is time we have set aside, staff we have rostered and an appointment we often cannot refill at the last minute.

To protect our business and our team, we will be moving towards full payment upfront when booking, from October 1. We appreciate the overwhelming majority of our beautiful clients who always respect our time and policies.

Arrival

We recommend arriving 10 minutes early so you can settle in and fully enjoy your experience at Glow Haus.

If you are running late, please let us know. We will always do our best to accommodate you, however, your treatment time may need to be adjusted to respect the schedule of other clients.

Salon Etiquette

Glow Haus is designed to be a calm and considered space for every client.

To maintain this environment, we kindly ask that appointments are attended solo, without additional guests. This includes children, pets, and newborns.
