Booking & Cancellation Policy

To secure your appointment, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. This will be applied toward your treatment on the day.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Changes made within this window will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

By confirming your booking, you are agreeing to these terms.

Arrival

We recommend arriving 10 minutes early so you can settle in and fully enjoy your experience at Glow Haus.

If you are running late, please let us know. We will always do our best to accommodate you, however, your treatment time may need to be adjusted to respect the schedule of other clients.

Salon Etiquette

Glow Haus is designed to be a calm and considered space for every client.

To maintain this environment, we kindly ask that appointments are attended solo, without additional guests. This includes children, pets, and newborns.
